Our story
A story in four acts.
ACT I2002 — 2013
The origin
In 2002, in Londrina, Brazil, two brothers — one an electrical engineer, the other a computer scientist — founded a company to bring their fields together and create cutting-edge technology products. Within a decade, the company had developed technology on many fronts — aerospace, electronic and scientific instrumentation, advanced optics, environmental monitoring, industrial automation, educational robotics and advanced radio-frequency systems — earning its first patents and its first innovation grants. The DNA was clear from the start: cutting-edge creative engineering, driven by a calling to invent its own technology from scratch.
ACT II2014 — 2020
The commercial proof
Engineering needed scale — and the company decided to take on every role of a complete business itself. For a few years it focused on its service-call line, which gained its own brand, Aceno, and won the market: the call button on the table became No. 1 in Brazil in its category, proof that the company knew not only how to create technology, but how to build an entire business around it.
ACT III2021 — 2025
Back to the frontier
With the commercial model proven, the engineering core looked ahead again. On one side, steady investment in the internet of things grew the industrial vertical to the point where it took on a life of its own as an independent business: ENOL. On the other, the company advanced in autonomous robotics, computer vision and artificial intelligence applied to the physical world — what would become its next bet. Innovation-funded projects (FINEP, Fundação Araucária) and strategic industrial partnerships put the company back at the technological frontier, now with the commercial maturity it lacked in 2002.
ACT IV2026 —
Trinary
The company that created technology learned to create businesses — and now has the maturity to take on that role in full. The original creator re-emerges with a new name and an explicit role: Trinary, the stable fusion of three forces — electronics, computing and mechanics — that has always been, in practice, a cradle of businesses. The model has already proven itself with Aceno, its first creation, mature and established as a spinoff; and with ENOL, born from the industrial vertical, with validated products and real customers, following the same path. And the cycle begins again, with a new generation of technologies in incubation at Veriload.
